Mingle Mob is dedicated to the mission of mitigating anti-social and criminal behavior and ensuring the safety of our youth.
Our team actively takes to the streets during the nighttime hours, engaging with young individuals to watch over and support them, guiding them away from potential trouble, and facilitating their journey home or to a secure location. Our youth mentors go beyond mere presence; they provide invaluable advice, ensure a safe means of transportation back home, and can access valuable information and, when needed, offer referrals for comprehensive case management. By nurturing positive relationships with young people, we instill confidence and foster connections, enabling us to be staunch advocates in every opportunity to enhance the prospects of future generations. Mingle Mob is generously funded by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, empowering us to continue our vital work. |
