Youth Accommodation Program
The Youth Accommodation Program (YAP) is a 24 hour crisis service that includes case management support to youths aged 15-25 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
We help more than 50 young people each year, giving them safe, short-term accommodation when they have nowhere else to go.
Residential Coordinators and Youth Workers work together with the young people to find safe accommodation or be reconciled back to their families or even to generate support plans that help build up their life skills and improve their pathways to a safe home through either secondary education, employment or training.
Our Youth Accommodation Program gives kids a helping hand when they need it most, to help them get back on their feet.
YAP is funded by the WA Department of Communities.
